To recover your password, you need to:
— go to the login page of the Personal account of the "Mobile protection" service;
— tap on "Remind password";
— enter the email address you provided during registration;
— go to your Email box and open the letter from the "Mobile protection" service;
— follow the link in the email to recover your password;
— create a new password and save it.
