After an unsuccessful attempt to pay for the weekly "Standard" and "VIP" packages, there will be an attempt to pay for the number of days that the user's mobile account has sufficient funds for. For example, if there are enough funds in the account to pay for five days instead of the full seven, then for the "Standard" package, 12 UAH will be debited instead of 19 UAH. For the "VIP" package, 29 UAH will be debited instead of 39 UAH.
After an unsuccessful attempt to pay for the monthly "Standard" and "VIP" packages, there will be an attempt to pay for the number of days that the user's mobile account has sufficient funds for. For example, if there are enough funds in the account to pay for sixteen days instead of the full twenty-eight, then with the "Standard" package, 43 UAH will be debited instead of 69 UAH. With the "VIP" package, 84 UAH will be debited instead of 139 UAH.
*On July 23rd we've updated our tariff plans: "Standard" and "Standard+" merged into "Standard", while "VIP" and "Ultra" merged into "VIP." Users with a "Standard+" subscription will be switched to the "Standard" tariff plan, and "Ultra" users will be switched to the "VIP" tariff plan. This will happen automatically after the end of their paid period.
Meanwhile, the "Standard", "Standard+" and "VIP" annual subscriptions will expire at the end of the paid period. Users of the "Standard" and "Standard+" annual plans will be switched to the "Standard" tariff plan with a payment period of once every 4 weeks, while users of the "VIP" annual plan will be switched to the "VIP" tariff plan with a payment period of once every 4 weeks.
